  原料:豆腐、花生米、葱、姜、蒜、花椒、干辣椒

  调料:盐、糖、鸡精、酱油、醋、淀粉

  做法如下:

  1.豆腐切丁,姜蒜切末,葱切段。

  2.取一碗,放入盐、鸡精、醋、酱油、水淀粉和成调味汁,备用。

  3.把豆腐入油锅炸成金黄色捞出。

  4.锅内留底油,油热后放入花椒、辣椒炒出香味再放入姜末、蒜末、葱段爆香然后放入炸好的豆腐,花生米及调味汁翻炒均匀即可出锅。

  建议:原料可放点猪肉末,先用油煸辣椒丁,再放入葱、姜、豆瓣酱、肉末炒散,下料酒、下豆腐丁、高汤、酱油、盐、白糖等焖烧片刻入味,勾芡后起锅时加花生米。
